Refund and Cancellation Policy

Manual Declaration by the College

The College hereby declares that all applications, admissions, registrations, fees, and other payments made by students through the College or its authorized channels shall be governed by the rules and regulations of the College and the concerned University/Statutory Authority.

Any request for cancellation of admission or refund of fees must be submitted manually in writing to the College Office by the concerned student/applicant. The request must clearly mention the student’s name, course, registration/application details, payment details, and reason for cancellation.

Refunds, if applicable, shall be considered and processed by the College in accordance with the prevailing rules, regulations, and applicable guidelines of the College, University, and Government authorities.

Fees paid towards admission, registration, examination, development, or other institutional purposes may be non-refundable, wherever so prescribed under the applicable rules.

The College reserves the right to examine each refund/cancellation request individually and take the appropriate decision in accordance with the applicable rules. Any approved refund will be processed through the prescribed mode of payment.

Note: The College does not guarantee a refund in every case. Refund eligibility shall depend upon the applicable rules and the circumstances of the request.

For Refund/Cancellation Requests:
Students are required to contact the College Office and submit a written application during office hours.

This policy is subject to revision from time to time as per the rules of the College, University, and competent authorities.
