By accessing and using the website of K. D. College of Commerce and General Studies, Midnapore, and its online fee payment facility, the student/user agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Purpose of the Website

This website and its payment facility are intended primarily for student fee collection and other authorized payments of the College. No commercial products or goods are sold through this website.

2. Student Responsibility

Students are responsible for providing correct and complete information while making any payment. The College shall not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information entered by the student.

3. Fee Payment

The student must verify the applicable fee amount and other details before confirming the transaction. Once a payment is initiated, the student should not refresh, close or repeatedly submit the payment page unless instructed to do so.

4. Payment Confirmation

A payment shall be considered successful only after confirmation is received from the authorized payment gateway/bank and the transaction is successfully recorded in the College's system.

Students should retain the payment receipt, transaction ID and other payment details for future reference.

5. Failed or Pending Transactions

In case of a failed, unsuccessful or pending transaction, students should first verify their bank/payment account status and transaction details before making another payment.

Any amount debited from the student's account but not credited to the College will be dealt with according to the applicable payment gateway/banking process and rules.

6. Payment Gateway

Online payments may be processed through an authorized third-party payment gateway. The College is not responsible for temporary technical failures, network interruptions, bank-server issues or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Use

Users shall not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, provide false information, interfere with the payment system, or use the website for any unlawful purpose.

8. Website Information

The College makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information displayed on the website is accurate and updated. However, the College reserves the right to correct, modify or update information whenever necessary.

9. Changes to Terms

The College reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website and shall be applicable from the date of publication.
